How to play
Fill the 9×9 grid so that every row, column and 3×3 box holds the digits 1 to 9, each one only once. In Kropki, a white dot links two consecutive digits and a black dot links a digit with its double. Windoku adds extra highlighted regions that follow the same idea, and Killer Sudoku needs groups of cells to reach a given sum. In X-Sudoku, the digits also have to be distinct along the two main diagonals. Switch to notes mode to list several candidates in a cell and cross them out as the grid fills. The numbers already printed on the board are your starting clues.
Tips
- Fewer options in a cell make its digit easier to identify, so start with those cells.
- Notes mode is there for the Hard and Expert levels.
- If a digit has no place left in a row, column or box, retrace your last moves: the missed step is there.
- The classic mode has four levels: Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert.
